Finalising your will
Your will is then checked within 7-10 working days by an expert, to make sure your wishes are clear.
Once your will is approved by the experts, you must print and sign it in front of two witnesses to make it legally binding.

Take Part in Free Wills Month
Free Wills Month offers members of the public aged 55 and over the opportunity to have their simple Wills written or updated free of charge by using participating solicitors in selected locations across England and Wales in October, and Scotland in March.
To take part all you need to do is:
- Visit the Free Wills Month website by clicking the button below, type in your postcode and see which local solicitors are participating.
- Book an appointment with the solicitor during Free Wills Month.
- Make your Will and consider pledging a gift to Dogs Trust.
