OK9 Module 10: What are animal-assisted activities?
Introduction and Preparation
Welcome to your first training module of block 2 for OK9 Wellbeing and Trauma Dog Handlers.
Please ensure you have completed all the “Block 1” modules before beginning this module. You also need to ensure you have completed the final quiz in Block 1 and downloaded your certificate.
To access this certificate, copy and paste the Nearpod link into your web browser, and access the activity. Once in the activity, you will have the option to download the PDF certificate. This module titled “What are animal-assisted activities?” will provide an introduction of different animal-assisted activities (AAA) and explore considerations when working with visiting AAA dogs.
