Introduction and Preparation
Welcome to your final training module in block 2 for OK9 Wellbeing and Trauma Dog Handlers. There is no need for any independent or specific preparatory learning before you begin this module, however, you may find the Additional Resources below useful to reflect upon after the module.
This module titled “Retiring the AAA dog” will identify behaviours which contribute to a successful retirement and/or rehoming of an AAA dog and potential impacts that retirement may have.
Before you begin this module, please read and remember the learning objectives for personal reflection.
