Are you right for Jet?

Jett is a 4 year old pug full of playful energy and has lots of love to give once he's built a relationship with you.Jett can live with children 14 years and over. Jetts ideal home would allow him to have his own area within the house to have his own safe space. He is a confident boy and with some reassurance from his handler, loves to explore new places and meet new people. His new adopters will need to help Jett build confidence around certain things that worry him , such as cyclists, birds and loud, unfamiliar noises. If Jett does get worried by these things it can result in spinning and barking which he is working on a lot with his training and something we can provide on going support with. Jet needs to be the only dog in the home but will benefit from having doggy social friends. Jett has done loads of work here at the centre around feeling more confident around other dogs and can now socialise with laid back. calmer dogs. Jett will need his leaving hours built up nice and slowly and thrives when he is left with enrichment chews or toys as it gives him something to do when left. This goofy boy will make such a fun addition with the right set up and patient owners who can provide a loving home for him!

Is Jet right for you?

Jett's favourite things are playing with toys , especially teddies - he has quite an impressive collection in his kennel! He loves cuddles, days at the beach and a little paddle in the sea and loves his food! Jett loves hanging out with his favourite carers at the centre , keeping them company in the kitchen and even helping them fold the laundry! Jett is such a funny character that will put a smile on your face everyday with his goofy personality. We are looking for a home within 90 minutes of the centre as Jett would potentially need home trials.
