Are you right for Blair?

Blair is looking for his forever home where any children are 10 or over. He has previously struggled when being left alone but has shown improvements with this in his recent foster home, so he is looking for a home that can build up his time left alone slowly. Blair doesn't necessarily need his new home to have a garden however if they do it will need to be private and secure. Blair is friendly with dogs but can be very intense and can become vocal if he isn’t able to meet the other dog straight away. After saying hello he does settle down and then will happily go for a nice walk with them, but we are currently working on his disengagement around dogs, and just would be looking for his new adopters to be comfortable and confident to continue his socialisation. Due to medical reasons, Blair won't be able to use any stairs in the home, so if his new home is multi-level, his adopter will need to be happy to sleep downstairs with him at first while he settles in.

Is Blair right for you?

Did somebody ask for a pocket full of sunshine? Introducing Blair, our 7-year-old Pocket Bully who is sure to bring joy to a family that are lucky enough to have him. Blair loves playing with his toys and getting all the snacks but most of all, this boy is the ultimate cuddle monster. He spends a lot of his time in the offices here at the centre, snoozing the day away but making sure he receives all the fuss from his adoring fans. Blair is always up for a car ride and enjoys pottering around saying hello to the occasional dog friend too, but more than anything, this dude loves cuddling on the sofa with some daytime telly on a rainy day! Sadly, Blair has had his ears cropped before coming into our care. Ear cropping is illegal in the UK and we absolutely don’t condone it. We support the call to ban the import of dogs with cropped ears, and we would like to go further and ban the sale of dogs in the UK which have undergone these cruel and unnecessary procedures.
