Are you right for Bertie?

Bertie is a fun and energetic 6yr old Beagle Crossbreed who lives life to the full! He loves people and is very friendly with everyone he meets, but can forget to keep his paws on the floor when making new friends! He'll be fine with older kids who are comfortable around bouncy dogs and he should be fine sharing with another playful doggy friend. He'll need his home to reasonably calm so he can settle into a consistent routine. A secure garden is a must as he loves to play off-lead and this will help with a housetraining refresher.

Is Bertie right for you?

If you love all the classic breed traits of Beagles then you'll adore Bertie! He loves getting out and about and putting his nose to good use! He's really playful with toys and loves plenty of attention. He'll need a good settling in period where he won't be left alone and slowly build up to any time on his own. If you are looking for a fun and highly trainable dog and will be at home most of the time then you might be a good match for Bertie.
