Are you right for Boris?

2-year-old Boris is looking for a loving adult only home with no other pets and not many visitors. He is a sensitive boy and wants a quiet calm home with his own secure private garden to explore. To begin with Boris will need someone around most of the time and any leaving hours should be built up slowly. Boris has not had the best start in life and has lost his trust in people he can be worried by new people to begin with and his new family must be willing to come into the centre multiple times to get to know him, working closely with our behaviour team who can help with any ongoing training. Due to the fact Boris gets worried around strangers he will need to remain on lead in public. Boris is housetrained.

Is Boris right for you?

Boris is looking for a patient family where he can gets lots of positive love and guidance to show him people are not as scary as he thinks and work on his confidence in the outside world. Boris is finding kennel life quite stressful and will need time to adjust to his new home, his new family should be willing to take things at Boris's pace. He does enjoy a fuss and a cuddle from known people, but history says he can get worked up and mouthy when overstimulated so knowledge of bulldog traits would be advisable. If you have a bulldog size space on your sofa and a calm quiet home let us know! Boris will make a lovely addition to the right family.
