Are you right for Bunsen?

Meet Bunsen! This lively six-month-old Smooth Collie is full of potential and love. Bunsen can be stressed in new settings, so he’d thrive in a calm, rural home—ideally a farm or rural area and people experienced with the Working Collie breed. Originally a stray, we don’t have any history of what he’ll be like in a home and has shown very strong breed traits and behaviours, including a high prey drive, but here at the centre, he’s shown he’s great with other dogs and may be able to live with another dog subject to a meet here at the centre and could live with older primary school aged children.

Is Bunsen right for you?

He’s very clever and would love someone who’s excited to do training with him and give him a job to do to keep his sharp mind busy. Our training team will be on hand to support his new family with anything he needs. He’s ready to light up your life like a Bunsen burner—just add love and watch him glow!
