Are you right for Rose?

Rose is a beautiful, sensitive 3 year old German Shepherd seeking a calm, adult only home with adopters who are ideally familiar with the needs of German Shepherds or reactive dogs. As a sensitive girl, Rose would thrive in a quiet environment with minimal visitors and a securely fenced garden where she can unwind at her own pace. If the garden is not secure, her new owners must be comfortable keeping her on a lead or long line to let her enjoy the outside safely. Rose’s perfect home would be with one or two adults who can understand her tendencies and are patient as she settles in. Minimal leaving hours are essential initially, although some alone time could be built up gradually as she becomes more settled. To help Rose feel confident, visitors will need to be introduced with care, and she must be in a safe place away from the front door when they arrive.

Is Rose right for you?

Rose is a sweetheart with beautiful soul, ready to show endless affection to those she trusts. Once she knows you, she will lean in for cuddles and always be excited to see you. An inquisitive and clever girl, Rose loves learning and quickly picks up new commands, making training sessions enjoyable for both you and her. Rose’s love for food means she relishes her meals in puzzle bowls and kongs, and nothing delights her more than a game with her favourite toys, especially tennis balls. She has already mastered the basics such as sit, paw, drop, and wait and she handles travel well, although car trips are still new for her. Whilst she must be on a lead and wear a muzzle in public, Rose’s affectionate and eager to please nature makes her a joy to work with. If you are searching for a clever, devoted companion who will shower you with love, Rose may just be the perfect match!
