Are you right for Hetty?

Sophie (14y) and Hetty (9y) are the best of friends and are looking their new home together. Having had a lot of change to go through in recent times these lovely girls can both be shy to start with and take a little while to feel comfortable around new people, however once they know you better, they are the sweetest of companions who love to be with their human friends. Sophie and Hetty are both active for their ages and love their walks, running around off lead and enjoying new places to explore. Their walking areas need to be of the less busy type as although they are comfortable seeing other dogs and people out and about, busy places with lots of noise or activity can be worrying for them. They are looking for a quieter home with steady routines and owners who are gentle and patient with them as they settle into home-life, no other pets, and with no children resident or visiting.

Is Hetty right for you?

As well as learning new words Sophie and Hetty love to figure out an enrichment puzzle, such as Kong’s or snuffle mats. Sophie loves her toys and is especially fond of the squeaky kind and would love a big toy box to choose from at home, she will happily share a game of tug with her carers, Hetty is still learning what toys are all about and slowing joining in too. Sophie and Hetty are currently in foster but will be happy to come along to the centre to meet their pawfect match. We are open between 12pm and 4pm every day, except for Wednesdays and Fridays when we are closed. If you would like more information about adopting any of our dogs, or you are considering a variety of dogs and would like our team’s help to find your pawfect match, we would love you to visit us at our rehoming centre to chat with us in person. We are open between 12pm and 4pm every day, except for Wednesdays and Fridays when we are closed.
