Are you right for Blu?

Blu and Zeus are two-year-old Golden Retriever bro’s looking to continue their journey as a duo. They are fun-loving, spirited, and affectionate boys with a lot of love to offer, but they also need some support in a few areas. An active family, who have plenty of time to work with them on their general training, as well as some confidence building would be ideal! When it comes to meeting other dogs, Blu is more sociable than his brother, but he does tend to join in if Zeus starts barking. The pair are happy living with one another but will need to be the only pets in their new abode. They haven’t had much experience around children and would be best suited to living with secondary-school aged children. A garden of their own is essential, so they could enjoy a good, off-lead burn and regular playtime. Both boys can be strong on their lead and can pull when excited to get to something, so it is advised that they are walked by two people. However, they do tend to settle down after the initial excitement and have lots of potential to build their loose-lead walking skills. Leaving Blu and Zeus alone at home should be built up gradually and only once settled into their new environment.

Is Blu right for you?

Not only are they brothers, but Blu and Zeus are the best of friends! They are similar in lots of ways, including their friendly, bouncy, and excitable ways, but Blue does have a little more confidence than his brother, and often takes the lead in new environments. Toys, food, and peaceful walks will keep both their tails wagging, so they’re eager to find adopters who can fill their lives with fun and adventure. While they have a huge love for one another, Blu and Zeus still have space in their big hearts for their people pals… all they need now is a family to share the love with! Could it be you?
