Are you right for Monica?

Monica is a lovely girl who can find the world a scary place. She is looking for a home with patient and understanding family who will give her time to adjust to home life. Once she builds a bond with you her affectionate side starts to shine through and she starts to show off her playful side. Monica is worried around other dogs so will need to be the only dog in the home and can live with children who are aged 14 and above that understand when Monica will need some space. Monica will need to have a secure garden as she won't be able to go on walks while she settles into her home. A home in a rural area will best suit Monica so that when she starts to build up going for walks it will be in a quiet area for her. Adopters will need to travel to the centre to have meets with Monica multiple times so that she can get to know her adopters before going into the home.

Is Monica right for you?

Monica enjoys having different types of enrichment set up for her which helps her build on confidence. Once she starts to feel comfortable around you she also loves playing with toys. Squeaky balls are her favourite and play time often leads to zoomies. Once Monica has built up a bond with you and begins to show her affectionate side it is really rewarding. If you think you could be the one for Monica then don't forget to give her a favourite!
