Are you right for Buster?

Buster is looking for his special home where he can live his best life. He can live with older children 16+ who are comfortable with large, bouncy dogs, but he will need to be the only pet in the home. This big loveable guy will need to be in a home where leaving hours can be built up slowly as he does not like to be left alone for too long. Buster can be strong on the lead when he sees something exciting so his new guardians will need to feel confident walking him, but he has been a very good boy practicing his loose lead walking! Buster is a super fun boy who is looking for a very secure private garden to play and mooch about in as he has a history of jumping and escaping fences to chase wildlife. He will need to be muzzled and on lead when out and about as he can be occasionally reactive to people. Buster is a big handsome doofus and is looking for a home where he can spark joy and make his guardians laugh the way he does with his handlers. His new family will need to meet Buster here at the centre a few times before going home and will work closely with our behaviour team who are available to help with getting him settled in his new home. Buster was previously housetrained.

Is Buster right for you?

Buster is a 1 year and 6 months old Rottweiler who is full of fun energy and has so much love to give. This stunning boy will thrive in a home that can spend time with him, gaining his trust and working on his positive training (he loves to learn new things and does this quickly. What a smart boy!). Once he knows you Buster is a cuddle monster and loves to snuggle and get a fuss, one way to win him over is with a tasty treat. He enjoys playing with his toys, Buster has a loving nature and enjoys the company of his favourite humans especially if they play a game of tug with him or a game of fetch. Buster is a big dog lovers delight, he will make a lovely addition to a family that can help him flourish, and deal with his silly quirks.
