Are you right for Chloe?

Chloe is a sweet little lady who entered our care after her previous owner sadly passed away. Sensitive in her character, Chloe can be shy around new situations and new people, but she is making great progress as she builds trust. She would best be suited to a calm and quiet home, without too many visitors. Due her sensitive side, Chloe is seeking a home where the youngest family members are in their teens, and able to be respectful of her space when she needs it. Chloe enjoys the company of other small dogs of a similarly docile temperament to her own. However, while her confidence seems to increase with these types of dogs, larger and boisterous canines can make her nervous. Chloe could possibly share her home with a well-suited dog but is unable to live with any other animal species. Chloe is good on the lead but can be nervous on walks, especially in busy or unfamiliar environments. She is fine with traffic, though sudden noises or unexpected situations can worry her so she would prefer less busy roads to walk on. Chloe would benefit from calm, quiet walks in less crowded areas where she can feel more secure.

Is Chloe right for you?

Chloe is very sweet and affectionate once she gets to know you and loves to snuggle up next to you for a cuddle on the sofa, or she may take it upon herself to settle into your lap. She's also a big fan of dinner time but likes to enjoy her meals in the peace and quiet, where no one will disturb her. Fish flavours tend to be her favourite! Once familiar with her walking route, she loves a good sniff about and will walk beautifully by your side. If you are a patient and understanding family who could allow Chloe the time she needs to blossom, then she'd love to hear from you!
