Are you right for Becky?

Becky is looking for a calm and predictable home with loving adopters who will take her on fun adventures and give her all the care and love she deserves. She can live with children aged 12 years and over who will play nicely with her and can read when she needs some space and let her rest. Becky can be a little uncomfortable around larger dogs, but could live with another small and calm dog who will happily co-exist, this is not a necessity though, she would be happy with calm and gentle walking buddies, she cannot live with cats or other small furries. Becky has a little training under her belt, she does a lovely “sit”, she is a foodie girl and is happy to learn something new if a soft, tasty treat is on offer. She has been housetrained but may need a refresher in her new home so a private, secure garden is needed. Becky will settle in a home so could be left for up to 2 hours, this should be built up gradually once she has had time to settle in. Becky takes a long-term medication daily and may potentially need a special diet in the future, so please bear this in mind before applying. Becky will need to meet her adopters a few times prior to going home so please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes up to 7 – 10 days, and potential adopters would be required to come up to the centre to meet her within 48hrs of being shortlisted.

Is Becky right for you?

Pretty and dinky little lady Becky is an 8 year old Shih Tzu cross Bichon Frise who despite being a little worried at times, has a heart of gold. She is super inquisitive about the world around her and loves a little sniff and a potter about. The key to her heart is a tasty treat, she enjoys most treats especially the soft, smelly kind and takes them gently from the hand. Once she knows you, Becky likes a gentle fuss and if she is feeling comfortable she will happily curl up in your lap for a long snooze. This cute little lady is ready to find her new home.
