Are you right for Reggie?

CALLING ALL SPANIEL LOVERS! Reggie is a very handsome 4yr old Cocker Spaniel. He is the very poster boy for 'Spaniel-ing' and likes to be kept busy with scent trails, long walks and lots of fun training activities. He will need his adopters to be as active as he is and be very much up for continuing his training and giving him plenty of outlets to use his head as much as his body. He is dog friendly out and about but he doesn't like to share things so must be the only pet in his home. Due to the fact he'll need a calm and consistent routine, kids wouldn't work for him so his home must also be adult only. He'll need his own secure garden as having somewhere to sniff and explore off-lead is a must for Reggie! He is already housetrained, although may need a little refresher as he settles in.

Is Reggie right for you?

If you are Spaniel obsessed then Reggie will be right up your street as you'll already understand the needs of his breed. Training, learning, exercise and sniffing are LIFE to dogs like him. He'll need you to come and meet him a few times so he can get to know you properly as he has been worried by unfamiliar people in the past. His handlers will teach you all the great training techniques we've used with him and he'll soon be showing off all his tricks! Once Reggie is ready to fly the nest he will need someone around all the time for a good while to properly settle him in. We will continue to help and support his settling in and advise the best way to slowly build him up to any time alone. So if you think you might be the PAWfect match Reggie is looking for, add him to your favourites NOW!
