Are you right for Minnie?

Meet Minnie, a sweet and sprightly (for her age!) 15 year old Jack Russell Terrier cross. This gentle girl has come in to us through no fault of her own and is now looking for her forever home! Minnie would be happiest in a home where she is the only dog, but has previously happily lived with a cat so would be able to live in a home with a dog-savvy cat. She is fine to live with primary school aged children and up, so long as they are calm and give her the space she needs as an older lady! She will happily greet anyone with a waggy tail and doggy kisses. Eventually, Minnie could be left for up to 4 hours but this would need building up gradually at first in her new home.

Is Minnie right for you?

Minnie loves to sunbathe outside! She would make a great cafe companion and will happily sit by your feet in a patch of sun, watching the world go by. She travels really well in the car and is happy to go on adventures anywhere, whether that's to the beach or into town. Minnie sleeps well overnight and is fully housetrained, happy to come back when called and enjoys the occasional meaty treat. Despite being an older girl, she is still very playful and will happily do zoomies around the garden when excited! If you're looking for a sweet, gentle dog that still has a zest for life, Minnie is your girl.
