Are you right for Harley?

Harley’s dream home will be one where he has access to his own private and secure garden so that he can play with his toys without worry. He will need to be the only dog in the home but would really benefit from a family that can build on his confidence around other dogs. Harley cannot live with cats but does have the potential to live with small furries if they are kept separately from him. As Harley is fearful of men, he is currently looking for a female only home that can separate him from any male visitors, this is something that we are working on with him here at the centre and will continue to do so in the home. Harley would be best suited to a home where any female children are of the ages 14 and up who are comfortable with a bouncy, cuddly dog. Harley will need a home where his new family are around all the time to begin with as he struggles to be left alone and needs time to settle into his new home, Dogs Trust will provide Harley’s adopters with ongoing support throughout this transition.

Is Harley right for you?

The sweetest darling there ever was, meet Harley! He’s a 3-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier crossbreed that is sure to win you over with his cheeky grin and love for a snuggle. Harley loves playing with his toys and enjoys exploring in the outdoors too, always being keen to hop in the boot for a drive! Harley can be an anxious boy, but he is sure to make a wonderful addition to a patient home that are willing to work on his confidence alongside him.
