Are you right for Jimbo?

Jimbo is a happy and friendly boy who is finding kennels a little overwhelming. He loves to be with people but can find himself getting a little over excited at times which can cause him to become mouthy. He loves his food and through enrichment we are teaching him how to be calmer and make better decisions when he has lots of big feelings. He will need a home with children 16+ and adopters who are committed to continuing his training. Our training and behaviour team will be on hand to offer support ready for Jimbo to head off home and his new family will need to visit him and get involved in training sessions here at the centre. Jimbo would like his own secure garden where he can explore and play till his hearts content! We have very little previous history so it's likely he will need help with things such as housetraining and we recommend any time being left is gradually built up. He settles well in his bed and loves a comfy spot for a snooze and snuggle! We're currently still assessing Jimbo with other dogs so he does need to be the only pet for now, however this may change in the future.

Is Jimbo right for you?

Jimbo is a lovely lad, who has been a delight to care for in kennels. He has so much potential to be a cracking member of the family and we're sure with some guidance (and tasty treats) it wont be long until he's smashing through all of his training goals! He loves nothing more that playing with his favourite toys and sunbathing in the runs here!
