Are you right for Ezra?
Ezra is looking for a calm but fun home with owners who have the love and patience he deserves to help him build his confidence. Ezra needs an adult only home with no cats or small furries, he could however live with a playful and relaxed dog that will help boost his confidence, this is not a necessity and he would happily have some doggy walking buddies to socialise with. Ezra enjoys training, he responds well to food and verbal requests, he will need a refresher on his housetraining so regular access to a private, secure garden is necessary for him to potter and play in. He will cope with short amounts of time on his own, but this should be introduced gradually after a settling period with lots of company. Ezra can be a little worried by strangers and has a high prey drive so is looking for a home with minimal visitors and will be going home on a lead and muzzle disclaimer. Ezra will need to meet his adopters multiple times times prior to going home so please bear this in mind when applying. If you rent your property from a private landlord, please have written permission ready once you have submitted your application to avoid delays, as it will be required early on in the rehoming process if you are shortlisted. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes between 7 - 10 days.
